1. PRODUCT COMPLAINTS<\/strong>
Damage or defect must be reported to vesna@satoriacu.com within 2 working days of delivery. The complaint form is available on our website and should be sent by email or enclosed with the product to the specified address. <\/p>

Only the damaged product should be included with the complaint. The customer bears the shipping cost, except in cases of Satori\u2019s error, in which case the Seller covers the cost. <\/p>

The deadline for a written response to a complaint is 15 calendar days, in accordance with Article 10. Paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act. <\/p>

UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF CONTRACT (RETURN)<\/strong>
The customer may unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. An unambiguous termination statement must be sent to vesna@satoriacu.com, and the termination form is available at the following link: FORM<\/a>.

The products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.<\/p>

The return shipping cost is borne by the Customer, except in the case of an error by Satori.
A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method. <\/p>

3. ACUPUNCTURE SERVICES<\/strong>
Services are non-refundable once provided. Appointments can be cancelled free of charge no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time; otherwise, the full amount will be charged. <\/p>

4. DELIVERY DAMAGE<\/strong>
If the shipment is visibly damaged, the Customer must refuse to accept it and request a damage report from the courier, then contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.<\/p>

5. FINAL PROVISIONS<\/strong>
