All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of order confirmation and are subject to change without prior notice.
5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
The customer orders the products through the website. The contract between the buyer and the merchant comes into force upon confirmation of the order by the merchant.

6. DELIVERY
Delivery is carried out via contracted delivery services. Delivery time and delivery price depend on location and type of product. Delivery is carried out exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
7. RIGHT TO UNILATERALLY TERMINATE THE CONTRACT

8. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
In case of product return, please contact us at vesna@satoriacu.com. Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. The return cost is borne by the customer, unless it is a defective or incorrect product.
9. COMPLAINTS
In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, we inform users that they can submit complaints about the quality of our services to:
