Right and method of filing a complaint
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, we inform our valued consumers that they can submit complaints about the quality of purchased products or services provided in writing.

In your complaint, you must state:

First and last name

Address for sending replies

Detailed description of the complaint (product/service, date, circumstances)

Preferably, order number or invoice
We will deliver a response to the complaint in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint, to the address you provided in the complaint.
