In your complaint, you must state:

• First and last name

• Address for sending replies

• Detailed description of the complaint (product/service, date, circumstances)

• Preferably, order number or invoice

We will deliver a response to the complaint in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint, to the address you provided in the complaint.
