Return and Complaint Policy

1. PRODUCT COMPLAINTS
Damage or defect must be reported to vesna@satoriacu.com within 2 working days of delivery. The complaint form is available on our website and should be sent by email or enclosed with the product to the specified address.

Only the damaged product should be included with the complaint. The customer bears the shipping cost, except in cases of Satori’s error, in which case the Seller covers the cost.

The deadline for a written response to a complaint is 15 calendar days, in accordance with Article 10. Paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act.

UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF CONTRACT (RETURN)
The customer may unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. An unambiguous termination statement must be sent to vesna@satoriacu.com, and the termination form is available at the following link: FORM.

The products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

The return shipping cost is borne by the Customer, except in the case of an error by Satori.
A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method.

3. ACUPUNCTURE SERVICES
Services are non-refundable once provided. Appointments can be cancelled free of charge no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time; otherwise, the full amount will be charged.

4. DELIVERY DAMAGE
If the shipment is visibly damaged, the Customer must refuse to accept it and request a damage report from the courier, then contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.

5. FINAL PROVISIONS
These Terms are effective as of June 30, 2025, and are available at www.satoriacu.com.
